Celebrate the astronomical start of spring and the arrival of longer days with a deeply restorative Gong Bath and Sound Healing session. Step into a serene, candlelit space and allow yourself to be immersed in the powerful vibrations of five Gongs, designed to restore balance, release tension, and renew your energy as we welcome the season of growth and light. This is more than meditation - it’s a transformative experience for your body, mind, and energy. As you lie down and get comfortable, the resonant tones of the Gongs will gently guide you into a state of inner calm, peace, and rejuvenation. There is no effort required; simply close your eyes, breathe, and receive. This is a safe and supportive space to let go of stress, anxiety, and anything that no longer serves you. The healing sounds work on a deep energetic level, helping you reconnect with the present moment and celebrate the energy of spring. No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and let vibrations guide you into deep relaxation. 🕰️ Event Schedule Doors Open: 7:10 PM Doors Close: 7:20 PM (No late entry) Session Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled.
