Please note: If the weather does not allow us to stay outdoors, the Gong Bath will be moved indoors to the farmhouse. Step into a deeply nurturing and earthy experience Outdoor Gong Bath, surrounded by the beauty and stillness of nature. Held beside the flowing water, beneath the trees and open sky, this gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. As the gentle sounds of birdsong, rustling leaves, and the river weave through the space, you will be immersed in the rich, resonating tones of 6 powerful Gongs. Their layered vibrations create a deeply grounding sound journey that can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release tension, and support emotional and energetic balance. Before the Gong Bath begins, we will take time to gently ground ourselves together, connecting with the earth beneath us and arriving fully into the present moment.
