Experience the power of sound healing in an intimate setting, with only five participants per session at my peaceful Sound Studio. This small group experience is designed to create a deeper sense of connection, comfort, and relaxation, allowing each person to fully immerse themselves in the healing vibrations. During the session, you'll be immersed in the rich, soothing vibrations of Gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, each carefully chosen for their unique healing qualities. Every sound bath is intuitively guided, creating a unique soundscape that encourages deep relaxation, calms the nervous system, eases tension, and restores a sense of balance and wellbeing. The smaller number of participants allows the sound to be tailored to the energy of the group, creating a beautifully immersive atmosphere where every vibration can be felt more deeply. You'll have plenty of space to relax, breathe, and receive the full benefits of the sound in a calm, nurturing environment. Choose the experience that feels right for you: £28 per person – Includes only yoga mat (bring your own blankets, pillow, and any additional items you'd like to help you feel cosy) £38 per person – Enjoy the ultimate cosy experience with a comfortable mattress, blankets, bolster, pillow, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in the healing sounds. Whichever option you choose, you'll receive the same intimate sound bath experience in small group of just five participants. TIME Doors will be open at 7:20PM, close at 7:30PM.
