What To Expect
You will be welcomed in to a safe space where creativity will have no limits or expectations.
We will begin with a short sound bath to release what is no longer serving us, to let go of expectations and to welcome the day with an open mind. After this, we will prepare our spaces so that we can feel comfortable to make art!
We will take a break half way for a fresh homemade vegan lunch (included in your ticket), giving us the perfect (yet optional) opportunity to look at our work so far and reflect on our rejuvenating experience.
We will have the opportunity to return to our work after lunch, finishing anything we wish before we settle for the closing gong bath, where Shinrin of Sound will guide you to relaxation.
You need not worry about experience or artistic ability, as this retreat will be open to all levels. You will be guided by sound, supported as a group and encouraged by the inspiring environment. This truly is a mindful retreat, providing a safe space for your creative spirit to play.
