Escape the hustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature in a beautiful riverside garden, surrounded by trees and the gentle sounds of flowing water and birdsong. We will begin the afternoon with a grounding barefoot walk (inspired by 'Shinrin Yoku' also known as forest bathing). You will have the opportunity to dip your feet into the fresh, clean river — feeling the flow of nature and deepening your connection to the natural world. Next there will be a riverside Qigong practice led by Ellie. This gentle, flowing movement practice is suitable for all levels and requires no yoga mat — just your presence. After Qigong, there will be tea, snacks, and a chance to chat and relax. We will close our afternoon with an outdoor Gong Bath by the river — a deeply calming sound journey featuring Gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments. Let the vibrations wash over you as you lie beneath the trees, surrounded by the natural soundtrack of water, wind, and wildlife. If the weather doesn't co-operate we will move into the farmhouse which is set in the grounds, where there is also plenty of space to practice and relax. Come as you are. No experience needed — just a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world. We’ll be welcoming you to the garden from 3:00 PM, with a prompt start at 3:10 PM. The event will run for approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, finishing around 5:20 pm WHAT TO BRING Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillow, or anything else that will help you to get comfortable and stay cozy - the more comfortable you are the better the experience! There will be limited blankets available. This event is open for all genders. MINIMUM AGE: 16+ No tickets available on the door. Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications.
