Immerse yourself in a deeply healing experience with a Gong Bath by the River, where the soothing sounds of the Gongs harmonise with the gentle flow of water and the tranquil beauty of nature. This outdoor session takes place in a serene natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and the sounds of birds and the river. The Gong's resonating vibrations create a powerful sound bath that clears the mind, relieves stress, and promotes emotional healing, while the fresh air and calming environment enhance the sense of peace and relaxation. Let the natural world and the sacred sound of the Gong guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected to the earth. Before we begin the Bong Bath, we will take some time to ground ourselves. This will allow us to connect with nature and center our energy. There will be an optional opportunity to dip your feet in the river, enhancing the grounding experience and helping you feel fully present. *If the weather doesn’t allow us to stay outdoors, we will move the Gong Bath indoors. TIME I will be waiting for you in the garden from 3:10PM with a prompt start at 3:20PM. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for signing in and settling for the afternoon. The event will last 2hr. WHAT TO BRING Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillow, or anything else that will help you to get comfortable and stay cozy - the more comfortable you are the better the experience! There will be limited blankets available. This event is open for all genders. MINIMUM AGE: 16+ No tickets available on the door. This is not an event for children as the instruments can get too loud for them. Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member however please let us know the replacement details via email, shinrinofsound@gmail.com If I need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be issued. BOOKING FEES Tickets are £25.00 per person + additional online booking fee of 0.50p per person.
